lemon essential oil is produced from lemon rinds. when three thousand lemons are cold-pressed they produce one kilo of lemon essential oil. lemon is anticancer, antidepressant, antiseptic, antifungal, antioxidant, antiviral, astringent. it is invigorating, refreshing, warming, purifying and tonic.

essential oil of lemon is an extremely useful water purifier. It has a tonic action on the lymphatic system and a stimulating action on the digestive system. try adding one drop of lemon to your water! it is not the same as squeezing the fruit!  hard to describe the amazing difference between the essence of lemon and an actual lemon. but it is better.
