once you try this incredible delicious immune boosting snack, i know you will be hooked just like me! i originally found this recipe online, I believe the original creators are Sandy and Boyd Truman. i’ve literally made this popcorn every day for the past week (and nearly eaten a whole batch all by myself for a whole week as well…)
the key immune boosting ingredient is an immune boosting blend which includes: wild orange, clove bud, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary essential oil. there are numerous published scientific studies documenting the effectiveness of on guard against pretty intense viruses and bacteria including but not limited to: influenza, MRSA and e.coli.

here is my step by step version. i encourage you to make it for yourself and or your family and friends!
Step 1. acquire the necessary ingredients. you will need:
-a large bowl
-cinnamon (in my case pumpkin pie spice, i ran out of cinnamon after the first few batches…)
-the immune boosting essential oil blend/or just some cinnamon and/or cassia essential oil
Step 2. pop the popcorn.
Step 3. heat 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 1/4 cup of maple syrup in a small pan
Step 4. add 10 drops (ish) of the immune boosting essential oil blend or you can substitute cinnamon or cassia should the mood strike you! feel free to make it your own and experiment.
Step 5. pour part of your mixture of coconut oil, maple syrup and essential oil over the popcorn.
Step 7. add salt, cinnamon or whatever other spices you like to taste.
Step 8. (repeat Steps 5, 6, & 7 a few times until all of your liquid is gone and you’ve added however much seasoning you like)
Step 9. ENJOY! eat it all yourself, or share. consider gifting for the holidays!
